A technical project aimed at improving the operational efficiency of a commercial office tower through upgrading and monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS). Smart sensors were integrated to monitor energy consumption, manage alarms, and optimize the performance of elevators and HVAC systems, resulting in a significant reduction in operational costs and increased employee comfort.
